Diriyah Company, TVTC Sign Cooperation Agreement to Foster Workforce Development and Innovation
Diriyah Company and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in critical business areas, including technical training and qualifications, professional development, knowledge sharing, and joint projects and initiatives.
In a press release issued today, the company said that the MoU explores the potential establishment of an academy focused on developing and activating strategic projects. This initiative aims to train and qualify national talent for employment, addressing the needs of Diriyah Company and the projects it oversees. It will also facilitate specialized training programs for staff, aligned with the guidelines from the Community Service and Continuing Education Center at TVTC.
According to the release, the agreement further emphasizes empowering TVTC trainees by connecting them with available training and job opportunities within Diriyah Company and its projects. It also highlights the adoption of local curricula and supports research and innovation through specialized centers that align with shared goals.
"Both organizations will collaborate to host joint seminars and workshops, facilitating knowledge sharing and highlighting their roles in achieving mutual strategic objectives. They will also exchange expertise and collaborate on implementing joint initiatives," said the release.
The release said this cooperation agreement reflects Diriyah Company’s commitment to aligning efforts with both governmental and private entities to enhance its cultural and economic contributions. "It aims to strengthen Diriyah Company's position as a leading organization in technical and operational excellence, supporting its strategic objectives and ensuring sustainable development in its projects," the release added.
