KSrelief Implements 2 Volunteer Medical Projects for Pediatric Surgery in Comoros
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) carried out two volunteer medical projects in pediatric surgery and urological surgery in Moroni, Union of the Comoros, November 19 to 22. The projects were implemented with the participation of 10 medical volunteers from various specialties, in cooperation with Al Balsam Association for Training and Health Development.
Since the beginning of the campaign, the volunteer medical team affiliated with KSrelief has examined 85 patients, performed eight pediatric surgeries, and conducted seven urological operations, all of which were completed successfully.
The initiative extends the volunteer medical projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief in many needy countries to support individuals and families with limited income.
