Saudi Media Award 2026 Officially Launched
Saudi Media Forum Chairman Mohammed Al-Harthi announced the launch of the new edition of the Saudi Media Award 2026, with its ceremony set to be a key part of the Saudi Media Forum and the Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX) taking place from February 2 to 4, 2026.
Al-Harthi noted that the Saudi Media Award is supported and sponsored by Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary and carried out in partnership with the Ministry of Media and the Human Capability Development Program, one of the initiatives advancing Saudi Vision 2030. The award reflects appreciation for creative individuals and intellectuals and motivates the new generation of media professionals.
He emphasized that the award has become a firmly established national platform for celebrating influential figures and those who bring added value and fresh perspectives to the media landscape. He noted that the minister of media's continued support has contributed to strengthening the award's position and expanding its scope year after year.
Al-Harthi stated, "We are moving towards establishing a media environment that elevates content, reinforces the Saudi media identity, and contributes to the development of professional practices while expanding the Kingdom's regional and international presence."
Key dates for the Saudi Media Award 2026 have been announced. Submissions opened on November 21, 2025, and registration will close on January 1, 2026. The shortlist of nominees will be revealed on January 13, 2026, ahead of the awards ceremony on February 4, 2026.
