Saudi EXIM Global Partners Forum Concludes in Riyadh
The Saudi EXIM Global Partners Forum, which concluded yesterday in Riyadh after being held on November 19 and 20 under the patronage of Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairman of Saudi EXIM Bank’s Board of Directors Bandar Alkhorayef, brought together senior government and private-sector leaders, experts from export-import banks, export credit agencies, and development finance institutions from around the world, and was attended by more than 800 participants representing over 55 countries.
Organized by the Saudi EXIM Bank, the forum aimed to enhance global dialogue on enabling international trade, showcase the latest practices and innovations in export credit and investment insurance, and strengthen international partnerships in support of sustainable global economic growth.
Over two days, the forum featured 14 panel sessions and the signing of memoranda of understanding and agreements with financial and development institutions from Asia, Europe, and Africa, aiming to enhance cooperation, expand joint projects, support SMEs, advance supply-chain financing, strengthen trade relations, and increase the flow of Saudi non-oil exports, while enhancing insurance coverage for exporters and supporting supply-chain financing.
