ZATCA Receives Nine International Certifications in Performance Management

 The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has received nine international certifications in the field of performance management, including an Integrated Performance certification for achieving the fifth (highest) level across all assessment domains, becoming the first entity in the Kingdom and the Middle East to obtain this certification under the internationally accredited Global Performance Audit Unit assessment issued by The KPI Institute.

 The Integrated Performance certification was awarded as a result of the authority achieving the fifth level in all five assessment areas: strategic planning, performance measurement, performance improvement, employee performance management, and performance culture.

 ZATCA also received certifications in strategic planning, performance measurement, performance improvement, employee performance management, and performance culture, after achieving the fifth level in all these areas.

 Also, the authority earned three more certifications in recognition of its exceptional performance in performance management: the Synergy Excellence certification, awarded for enhancing performance and maturing excellence through collaboration across ZATCA’s sectors and agencies; the Transformation Excellence certification for progressing from level four to level five in recognition of improved performance maturity through institutional transformation initiatives; and the Acknowledgement certification for exceptional organizational performance maturity.
