Saudi Arabia Successfully Establishes Sustainable Framework for Water Security
The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has successfully established an integrated and sustainable model of water security, despite its arid desert conditions. The achievement is attributed to the unwavering support of the wise leadership, as well as significant investments in desalination and the development of extensive water networks that ensure reliable supplies to meet the needs of society and various sectors.
The affirmation came during the speech by Deputy Minister for Water Dr. Abdulaziz AlShaibani, as he took part in a global dialogue session in Indonesia titled "From Bali to Riyadh and Beyond." Such efforts enhance the quality of life and foster economic growth, aligning with the goals outlined in the Kingdom Vision 2030.
