Masam Project Clears 837 Explosives from Yemeni Territory

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Masam Project removed 837 explosives across Yemen during the third week of January 2026, including one anti-personnel mine, 104 anti-tank mines, 729 items of unexploded ordnance, and three explosive devices.
 As a result, the total number of explosives removed in January reached 2,754, bringing the cumulative total cleared since the launch of the Masam Project to 532,705 across Yemen.
 Saudi Arabia, through its humanitarian arm KSrelief, continues its explosive-clearance efforts aimed at enhancing civilian safety and supporting safer living conditions for Yemenis.
