Two Holy Mosques Authority Begins Receiving Crowds of Worshippers at Prophet’s Mosque

The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has started receiving crowds of worshippers for the last ten days of Ramadan 1446 AH at the Prophet’s Mosque.

The authority said it has prepared all the necessary services and facilities, including water distribution services, providing iftar and suhoor meals, as well as hot and cold drinks. It has organized cleaning services to accommodate both male and female worshippers, in addition to setting up a fully equipped medical clinic to ensure the health and safety of the worshippers. Gifts will be provided, and a series of scientific and guidance lectures will be organized for the worshippers in multiple languages.

The authority emphasized the importance of worshippers adhering to the specific regulations and instructions for Itikaf prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque. Field committees were assigned to follow up on the guidance and advisory services for the worshippers to ensure their comfort and peace of mind, as well as to provide full care for all those visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.

The authority has designated the western rooftop for worshippers, accessible via staircases numbered 6 and 10. The northeastern section and entry doors 24 and 25A were designated for female worshippers.
