Unified 911 Security Operations Center Enhances Services during Hajj 1447 AH

The Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah and Madinah regions has enhanced its services for pilgrims during the 1447 AH Hajj season.
 The center receives emergency security and humanitarian calls, deploys the latest technologies, and responds to calls in less than two seconds through qualified and trained personnel who speak multiple languages.
 The center affirmed that all incoming calls and reports are handled confidentially. It added that reports are referred to the relevant authorities with complete confidentiality and without any liability for the caller.
