Board of Grievances Receives ISO Certifications for Quality Management, Software Processes

 The Board of Grievances was awarded two International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications -- ISO 29119 for its software testing system and ISO 9001 for its quality management system -- for the third consecutive time. The recognition reaffirms the board's steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability in its operations and services.
 The two certifications are among the most prestigious international accreditations in administrative and technical excellence. They reflect the board’s dedication to continuous improvement, service quality, and enhancing beneficiaries’ trust in its systems and outputs.
 The achievements also highlight the board’s advanced capabilities in developing and testing digital systems in accordance with the latest global standards, as well as its comprehensive quality management framework that promotes efficiency and ongoing enhancement across all departments and services.
 The recognition crowns a week of major accomplishments for the board, which began with the launch of the Smart Court system during the Digital Government Forum and concluded with accreditation from the Digital Government Authority for Enterprise Architecture, further underscoring its leadership in quality, security, and institutional performance.
