RGA Invites Road Users to Benefit from App 938
The Roads General Authority (RGA) has invited road users to download the smartphone app 938 and take advantage of its features for submitting comments and inquiries, aiming to expedite feedback processing, enhance road services, and ensure user comfort and safety.
The RGA explained that the app offers multiple interactive features through a user-friendly interface. Users can submit comments through ready-made templates and pre-written text, pinpoint exact locations on a map, and track the status of their submissions with detailed updates and access to a comprehensive log of previous comments. Additional features include an interactive map displaying nearby landmarks and facilities, as well as a statistics screen that is regularly updated to reflect the latest developments.
The authority noted that this service falls within its framework for developing the road network outside urban areas and ensuring public safety. A specialized team operates the application around the clock to receive suggestions related to the road network. The RGA reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening communication with citizens and residents by responding promptly to comments, coordinating with relevant authorities, and utilizing all available resources to serve road users.
The authority added that road users can access its services through various communication channels, including the call center 938, the smartphone app 938, the email address 938@rga.gov.sa, and the @938 account on the X platform, all of which contribute to improving the quality of road services.
