AlUla Arts Festival Unveils Distinguished Programs in Final Week

The fourth edition of the AlUla Arts Festival is nearing its conclusion, with a vibrant program of artistic events set for its final weekend, offering visitors the opportunity to explore creative artworks and unique activities that have defined the festival.

The festival has proven its popularity, attracting 40,000 visitors by its fourth week, expecting even more attendees in the coming days.

The festival serves as a global platform for artistic and cultural exchange, celebrating art in the heart of nature. Inspired by AlUla’s breathtaking landscapes, artists have showcased their creativity, positively transforming the artistic scene.

Although the festival officially concludes on February 22, some art exhibitions will continue welcoming visitors until April. Among them is Wadi AlFann, who presents James Turrell, which will extend its evening hours during Ramadan.

In AlJadidah Arts District, festivalgoers can visit the innovative Raw to Revival Exhibition at Design Space AlUla. Coinciding with the Ministry of Culture’s designation of 2025 as the Year of Handicrafts, the exhibition is a collaborative project with Madrasat Addeera, highlighting the role of traditional crafts in inspiring contemporary design. Design Space AlUla will also host a series of panel discussions and workshops throughout the final weekend and beyond, continuing into Ramadan.

The final weekend will also feature AlUla Artist Residency Open Studio on February 22 and 23, where international artists from Tunisia, Morocco, China, Spain, and India will showcase their artistic research through photography, installations, and performance art in an interactive creative experience exploring themes of transformation and impermanence.
