This takes place as part of the Hal Al-Qusoor Program, one of the flagship programs of Diriyah Season 25/26, as visitors gather to explore this historic landmark that embodies a rich era of cultural and social values.
Prince Turki bin Saud bin Abdulaziz was born in At-Turaif District of historic Diriyah in the late 12th century AH. He was raised in an environment renowned for courage, horsemanship, and leadership, influenced by his father, Imam Saud bin Abdulaziz, who commanded the armies of the First Saudi State.
The palace is located in the southern part of At-Turaif District and was built in the early 13th century AH in the traditional Najdi architectural style. Its construction utilized mud bricks, stone, and tamarisk wood, with a design consisting of two floors arranged around a central courtyard. The palace is distinguished by its wide gates and multiple exits, reflecting the architecture of the past and the realities of life during that period.
