Monsha’at Leads Saudi Startups to Web Summit Lisbon for Global Expansion
The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) is participating from November 10 to 13 in the Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal, one of Europe’s largest technology gatherings, expected to attract over 70,000 visitors from 160 countries.
Monsha’at is leading a Saudi entrepreneurial delegation of eight promising startups to access global markets and showcase their innovations to investors and international technology leaders. These pioneering Saudi ventures span key sectors such as data analytics, AI, e-commerce, digital health, and regulatory platforms.
To facilitate their international expansion, the delegation will take part in a program organized by Unicorn Factory Lisboa, featuring field visits, specialized workshops on growth strategies, and introductory sessions with European investors and entrepreneurs.
The startups will also have the opportunity to pitch proposals at the International Pitch Night and attend networking events in Lisbon's innovation districts.
Monsha’at emphasized this participation as a continuation of its efforts to enhance the global competitiveness of Saudi SMEs, aligning with its vision to solidify the Kingdom’s position as a leading global destination.
