Taif Governorate transforms into a vibrant agricultural destination where fruit orchards blend with mountain landscapes and valleys during summer, offering visitors a distinctive agritourism experience that combines natural beauty with the governorate's rich farming heritage.

The governorate's farms are currently at the peak of production of apricots, peaches, grapes, pomegranates, prickly pears, and mulberries, attracting visitors eager to tour orchards, pick fresh fruit directly from the trees, and learn about traditional farming methods preserved by local farmers for generations.

Blessed with a favorable climate, high elevations, and fertile soil, Taif produces high-quality seasonal fruits, making them destinations for nature lovers and visitors seeking authentic rural experiences.

Tourist guide Ahmed Al-Juaid told the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the fruit season has become a key driver of tourism in Taif, coinciding with the arrival of visitors. He noted that it has diversified the governorate's tourism offerings, supported farmers and families working in the cottage industry, stimulated local markets, and encouraged investment in agritourism farms and rural lodges as part of Taif's sustainable tourism sector.
