Imam of the Prophet’s Mosque Delivers Friday Sermon, Leads Prayer in Tanzania

The Imam and Khatib of the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al-Buaijan, delivered the Friday sermon today at the Grand Mosque of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

 This visit is part of a program overseen by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance to enhance communication with Muslim communities and spread the values of moderation and tolerance.

 Dr. Al-Buaijan emphasized that Islam is a religion of guidance. He noted that belief, behavior, and ethics are all part of the religion, and worship is rewarded or punished accordingly.

 He highlighted the morals taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in dealing with people, regardless of their faith. He underscored that Islam is a religion of mercy, moderation, and balance in all aspects of life.
