‘Memory of the Land’ Event Begins in Najran to Celebrate Founding Day

The "Memory of the Land" event launched on Friday in Najran Region, organized by the Ministry of Culture from February 21 to 23 in celebration of Saudi Founding Day.

 The event, which aims to raise awareness about Saudi history, is taking place near King Abdulaziz Park East of Najran.

 The event is seeing a remarkable turnout of citizens and residents who explored the historical periods of the establishment of the Saudi State through a spotlight on key historical, cultural, and heritage elements, notable figures, and traditional clothing.

 The event also featured a range of accompanying activities, offering a modern touch inspired by the natural and cultural elements of Saudi Arabia. The "Craftsmen's Area" was among the highlights, showcasing crafts such as incense burners and "Sadu" weaving. It provided a visual experience of traditional and performance arts, musical and artistic forms, as well as activities for children and families.
