This step reflects the university’s commitment to developing national capabilities and talent across the cultural sectors, and to providing specialized academic pathways in artistic and cultural disciplines. The programs aim to prepare a new generation of creatives and practitioners, supporting the continued growth of the Kingdom’s cultural landscape.

The programs now open for admission include the Bachelor of Film and Television Production, Master of Screenwriting, and Intermediate Diploma in Film and Television Production within the College of Film; the Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Industry, and Bachelor of Music Education within the College of Music; the Bachelor of Acting for Theatre and Film within the College of Theatre and Performing Arts; in addition to the Master of Arts in Arts Management within the College of Cultural Management.

These programs represent an academic foundation that reflects the diversity of disciplines the university seeks to offer, in line with the evolving cultural landscape in the Kingdom. They are designed to establish advanced educational pathways across film, music, theatre, and cultural management, within academic frameworks that ensure quality outcomes, an integrated learning experience, and alignment with sector needs and future opportunities. The university also plans to open three additional colleges by 2027: the College of Heritage and Civilization Studies, the College of Design and Architecture, and the College of Visual Arts and Photography.

Admission to the programs is subject to the specific criteria and requirements of each discipline. These may include academic qualifications, assessments, interviews, auditions, or portfolio submissions, ensuring a structured and fair evaluation process to select the most qualified candidates.

The university invited prospective applicants to review full details of the scholarship program, tuition fees, academic programs, and admission requirements through its official website (rua.edu.sa), and to complete the application process within the specified timelines.

The opening of admissions represents a significant milestone in the university's academic journey and reflects its commitment to providing specialized educational opportunities that contribute to skills development, strengthen the presence of cultural and artistic disciplines within the education ecosystem, and support the Kingdom’s cultural momentum.

RUA has established partnerships with leading international institutions to co-develop academic programs, collaborate on research, and deliver enriched cultural and educational experiences. These partnerships also support talent development by enhancing creative capabilities and building leadership skills, contributing to the advancement of the creative economy and the future of the cultural sector in the Kingdom.
