Prince Saud bin Turki bin Faisal Inaugurates the “Saudi Elenex 2025” Exhibition in Riyadh
The 26th edition of the Saudi Electricity, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Lighting, and Home Appliances Exhibition – Saudi Elenex 2025 kicked off today in Riyadh. The event runs from October 6 to 8, 2025, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC), featuring over 160 exhibitors from 13 countries, representing leading global, regional, and local companies in the fields of electricity, energy, and related technologies.
The exhibition was inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Turki bin Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Exhibitions Company Ltd. In his opening remarks, His Royal Highness emphasized that Saudi Elenex 2025 serves as a pioneering platform supporting the Kingdom’s drive toward clean energy, showcasing the latest environmentally friendly products and technologies that utilize alternative gases to help reduce carbon emissions.
Prince Saud noted that the electricity and energy sectors are witnessing increasing demand in line with the expansion of the Kingdom’s major national projects. He affirmed that the exhibition contributes to introducing advanced solutions, allowing international companies to present their products to Saudi investors, fostering opportunities for partnership and integration between local capital and global expertise.
The exhibition coincides with a major transformation in Saudi Arabia’s energy and infrastructure sectors, fueled by investments exceeding USD 101 billion, aimed at generating 50% of the Kingdom’s power needs from clean sources by 2030. Meanwhile, the air conditioning market is projected to reach SAR 9.19 billion in the coming years, while the lighting market is expected to surpass SAR 5.48 billion by 2026, driven by smart city initiatives and urban expansion.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, a high-level international conference brings together leaders and experts from both public and private sectors to discuss major national projects, global market trends, and the future of infrastructure and energy in Saudi Arabia. The exhibition also offers investors and visitors the opportunity to explore the latest innovations in power stations, distribution networks, generators, ventilation and cooling systems, LED lighting solutions, smart building technologies, and modern home appliances.
