'My City' Offices of Riyadh Municipality Begin Serving Capital's Residents, Visitors

The "My City" offices affiliated with the Riyadh Municipality began today providing services to the capital's residents and visitors during their working hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., marking the start of their full operational phase as part of the Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program.
Distributed across the five municipal sectors—central, northern, southern, eastern, and western—the “My City” offices cover all neighborhoods of the capital, serving as direct communication points with residents and offering municipal services such as customer support, application reception, and community engagement activities. The initiative aims to enhance interaction between residents and the municipality while bringing services closer to neighborhoods under a modern, decentralized operational model.
The launch of these offices represents the first executive phase of the Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program, which seeks to enhance the city’s operational efficiency and improve the quality of municipal services. The program restructures the municipal system into three organizational levels: the strategic and supervisory level represented by the central municipal agencies; the operational level represented by the five enabling sectors; and the representational level embodied by the “My City” offices, which serve as the main interface with beneficiaries.
This initiative reflects the Riyadh Municipality's vision of becoming a leading municipality for a thriving and sustainable city, dedicated to improving quality of life, promoting sustainable urban development, delivering high-quality services, and building effective partnerships toward a vibrant community.
