General Court of Audit President Attends IIA Board Meeting in Singapore

President of the General Court of Audit, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors, and member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Dr. Hussam Alangari took part in the seventh meeting of the IIA Board of Directors during its 40th session in Singapore.

 The board reviewed recent work, discussed agenda items, and approved decisions and recommendations to advance the internal auditing profession and strengthen its future development.

 On the sidelines, Alangari met with Singapore’s Auditor-General Ng Wai Choong to discuss enhancing cooperation in financial and performance auditing and promoting governance and transparency.

 Alangari's participation and engagements with international officials reflect Saudi Arabia’s commitment to advancing global auditing practices and strengthening its presence in international professional organizations, in support of governance, accountability, and transparency.
