Religious Affairs President Urges Pilgrims to Seize the Blessings of Sacred Time, Place and Adhere to Instructions

President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais offered a number of religious and guidance recommendations to Muslims at large, and to those making their way to and visiting the Two Holy Mosques and pilgrims, on the significance of the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah.

He urged them to make the most of the virtues of these blessed days, fulfil the objectives of Hajj, and adhere to regulations and instructions in a manner that contributes to performing the rituals with ease, safety, and peace of mind.

He noted that revering the Grand Mosque includes preserving its security, respecting its regulations, and avoiding harm to pilgrims, stressing that Makkah holds a sacred and great status that must be safeguarded, and that pilgrims should embody Islamic morals, kindness, and cooperation.

He also highlighted the capabilities and integrated services provided by the Saudi leadership to serve pilgrims through various security, service, healthcare, and organizational entities.

He praised the efforts of security personnel and Hajj workers, urging pilgrims to cooperate with them, comply with crowd-management plans and organizational instructions, avoid praying in passageways and roads, and help raise awareness and cooperate with the relevant authorities to ensure a safe, smooth, and secure Hajj season.
