Qassim Region Marks World Hepatitis Day

Governor of Qassim Region Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz sponsored the launch of World Hepatitis Day activities today in Buraidah, organized by the Saudi Charity Society for Liver Patients (Kabidak).
 During the event, the governor reviewed a detailed report highlighting the society’s achievements in the first half of 2025. More than 55,000 individuals across the Kingdom benefited from its awareness and healthcare programs, which included early detection campaigns, free medical consultations, and educational initiatives targeting all segments of society.
 Kabidak is recognized as a leading organization in liver disease prevention and care. It works to raise public awareness, promote preventive measures and treatment options, and provide comprehensive support to patients and their families through specialized programs in collaboration with healthcare authorities in the Kingdom.
