Hail Governor Praises Region's Organizing Prowess for Toyota Rally

Hail Region Governor Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz today visited the Hail Toyota International Rally, where he commended the capability of Hail's residents to organize the event, elevating it to world-class status with the support of the leadership, the minister of sport, and the president of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation.
