"Al Majdiah" is a Diamond Sponsorship at the SLRE 2026 in London

Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company “Al Majdiah” is participating as a diamond sponsor in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show 2026 “SLRE”, to be held in London from 24 to 28 August. This step reflects the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in international real estate forums and to introduce its portfolio of projects to investors and partners from various markets.

The Peninsula London Hotel hosts the inaugural exhibition in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority, showcasing a curated group of real estate developers, institutional investors, family offices, and wealth managers. This event aligns with the rising global interest in Saudi Arabia's real estate investment opportunities and the swift urban transformations across the Kingdom’s cities.

 Al Majdiah will showcase a selection of its most prominent residential and commercial projects, including Makanah Tower, Ma’ad Tower, Dhura Tower, Qarar Tower, and Meshraf Al Majdiah.

“Makanah Tower” is located in the Al Nakheel neighborhood of Riyadh and comprises 140 residential units across 33 floors, with areas ranging from 96 to 238 square meters. Meanwhile, “Qarar Tower” is one of the company’s commercial projects in Riyadh and consists of two office blocks containing various offices and showrooms, with a total area of up to 12,000 square meters, distributed across 29 office floors.

In Makkah, the company presents Ma’ad Tower and Dhura Tower as part of the “Masar Makkah” project. Ma’ad Tower features 157 residential apartments and 4 commercial units.  Dhura Tower comprises two residential towers with 374 apartments and 7 commercial units, all offering integrated services and facilities.

Al Majdiah also features the “Meshraf Al Majdiah” project in Madinah, comprising 379 villas and 1,106 residential apartments. It also offers amenities like a club, social halls, a nursery, and mosques, and is situated near the Haramain train station and the Prophet’s Mosque.

Al Majdiah’s participation in the exhibition aligns with its strategy to strengthen its presence in international markets and forums.
