Buraidah Dates Carnival Launches Tourist Bus Service to Showcase City Landmarks

The Buraidah Dates Carnival has launched a tourist bus service as part of its daily activities, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the city’s history, culture, and economic landmarks alongside the carnival’s events.

 Starting at the King Khalid Cultural Center, the carnival’s main venue, the tour takes visitors to several prominent sites in Buraidah, accompanied by specialized guides providing historical and cultural insights into the city’s social and economic heritage.

 The service features buses equipped with comfortable seating and modern amenities, enhancing the visitor experience while strengthening Buraidah’s position as the global capital of dates and a destination for both domestic and international tourists.

 Running until September 9, the tourist bus program represents a distinctive addition to the carnival’s activities, blending culture and entertainment in an interactive experience. It also supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by diversifying tourism offerings and highlighting the role of local heritage in economic development.
