KSrelief Distributes 1,462 Food Baskets to Palestinian Families in Gaza
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 1,462 food baskets to Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip, benefiting an equal number of families, as part of its ongoing efforts to alleviate the current hardships facing the Palestinian people.
The distribution process followed priority need criteria, with the first batch allocated to households headed by women with more than five family members, families classified as needing social protection, and households with members suffering from malnutrition.
The Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, KSrelief’s implementing partner in Gaza, oversaw the distribution. Beneficiary lists were approved in cooperation with international organizations operating in the Strip to ensure that aid reached the most vulnerable groups.
Recipients expressed their deep gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continued relief initiatives, affirming that the assistance arrives at a critical time and provides vital support. They also praised the Kingdom’s pioneering role in standing by the Palestinian people.
This aid distribution is part of efforts to alleviate the suffering of Gaza residents amid the famine crisis and deteriorating living conditions in the Strip.
