Riyadh Infrastructure Center Issues Service Entities Performance Report for August 2025

 The Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center issued the Service Entities Performance Report for August 2025, aimed at monitoring the performance of entities implementing infrastructure projects and providing services to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the quality of life in Riyadh Region.
 The report showed that more than 17,000 active permits were issued during August, in addition to handling over 7,000 reports. The most common reports were related to water accumulation, accounting for 35%, followed by road subsidence at 22%. The main violations included unclean work sites, lack of warning lights, and delays in renewing project licenses.
 The report comes as part of the center’s efforts to raise the level of transparency by publishing performance indicator data and enabling entities and stakeholders to review compliance results and execution quality, with the aim of boosting competitiveness and improving the efficiency of infrastructure projects in the region.
