SDAIA, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Partner to Digitize Pilgrim Services

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) signed a memorandum of understanding to leverage AI and develop innovative digital solutions for pilgrims, on the sidelines of the recently held Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025. The collaboration aims to enhance services, foster knowledge sharing, and improve the overall pilgrim experience.

 The partnership will involve collaborative efforts to raise awareness about data and AI through workshops and training programs for Ministry of Hajj and Umrah employees. It also aims to enhance the ministry's participation in national data platforms.
