Jazan University Earns Global Recognition for Five Disciplines in 2026 ShanghaiRanking

Jazan University has achieved a new academic milestone, with five of its disciplines included in the 2026 ShanghaiRanking's Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS). The achievement reflects the university's progress in academic and research performance and strengthens its presence in international rankings.
 Civil Engineering, Dentistry and Oral Sciences, and Mathematics were ranked in the 201-300 bracket globally, while Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences was placed in the 301-400 bracket and Clinical Medicine in the 401-500 bracket.
 The achievement builds on the university's efforts to develop its academic and research ecosystem, improve the quality of academic output, support researchers and scientific publishing, and foster an environment conducive to research and innovation. These efforts contribute to enhancing the international competitiveness of its academic disciplines.
 The recognition strengthens Jazan University's standing in the academic and research landscape and supports its efforts to advance the quality of education, research, and innovation and develop human capabilities, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
