“LEAP provides a vital platform to engage with global technology leaders and shape the future of innovation,” Saif Mashat, Area Vice President, KSA, told Riyadh Daily. “Saudi Arabia’s digital landscape is evolving rapidly, and ServiceNow is committed to helping organisations maximise AI’s value by streamlining workflows and enabling business growth.”
AI and Agentic AI Solutions at LEAP 2025
At LEAP 2025, ServiceNow is showcasing AI-powered enterprise solutions that accelerate app development, enhance cybersecurity, and improve customer service. These technologies provide data-driven insights, automated risk management, and intelligent decision-making, enabling companies to optimise operations and elevate customer experiences.
A key highlight is Agentic AI, a solution designed to solve complex business challenges through intelligent automation. It enhances decision-making and supports Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation.
“ServiceNow’s AI solutions empower businesses to transform operations, reduce inefficiencies, and create smarter, more connected workplaces,” Mashat said.
ServiceNow’s Role in Smart Cities
As part of its participation at LEAP 2025, ServiceNow is engaging in key discussions on AI and digital transformation.
Jessica Constantinidis, EMEA Innovation Officer at ServiceNow, led an Orbital Talk session titled "Reimagining Urbanization: The Role of AI in Building Smart Cities of the Future." The discussion explored how AI enhances urban services, improves resource allocation, and strengthens public infrastructure. Constantinidis highlighted examples from Dubai and Singapore, emphasising how AI-powered cities can anticipate citizens’ needs and optimise urban planning.
Unveiling AI Innovations for Enterprise Transformation
ServiceNow is also introducing the AI Agent Orchestrator, an enterprise AI solution that coordinates AI-driven workflows across departments. This innovation enhances business efficiency, security, and risk management by improving real-time data analysis and automation.
“With 20 years of experience in automation, ServiceNow’s AI agents deliver immediate value by analysing data and providing real-time insights,” Mashat explained. “These solutions help businesses strengthen security, improve efficiency, and enhance resilience.”
Challenges in AI Adoption in MEA
Despite progress, 75% of organisations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) lack a unified AI strategy. Mashat pointed to fragmented investments, limited data infrastructure, and a shortage of AI expertise as key barriers to adoption.
“Many businesses struggle with AI due to inconsistent strategies and weak data infrastructure,” Mashat noted. “To unlock AI’s potential, businesses need clear strategies, workforce training, and a strong data foundation.”
Government-Led AI Strategies Driving Growth
Saudi Arabia and the UAE rank among the top five globally in AI investment, driven by Vision 2030 and the UAE’s AI Ministry. These initiatives are accelerating AI adoption in the private sector and attracting global tech investments.
“Programs like ‘One Million Saudis in AI’ are helping bridge the skills gap, ensuring businesses have AI expertise,” Mashat said. “The Kingdom’s investment in AI research, cloud platforms, and digital infrastructure is driving business growth and innovation.”
Bridging the AI Skills Gap
With 61% of MEA organisations prioritising AI investment, demand for AI expertise and data modernisation is growing. Mashat emphasised that businesses must invest in AI training, collaborate with universities, and modernise IT systems.
“Companies must ensure their workforce is AI-ready by fostering a culture of continuous learning,” Mashat explained. “A strong AI ecosystem will drive business success and enable companies to stay competitive.”

Through LEAP 2025, ServiceNow is reinforcing its commitment to AI-driven enterprise solutions that empower organisations across the region. By combining cutting-edge AI technology with government-backed AI strategies, ServiceNow is helping Saudi businesses unlock growth opportunities, accelerate digital maturity, and drive sustainable transformation.
