SEEC Launches Inaugural Energy Efficiency Award

The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) has announced the launch of the inaugural Energy Efficiency Award for 2025, aiming to emphasize the critical importance of enhancing energy efficiency, encouraging various sectors and entities to adopt best practices in energy conservation, showcase achievements in the field, and inspire research and innovation related to energy efficiency.
 Applications for the award open today, July 28, via the award's official online platform at https://eeaward.seec.gov.sa/en or through the SEEC website.
 The award is open to the government, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as individuals and the wider community, and is organized into three key categories.
 The first, Efficiency and Conservation, honors entities that have implemented sustainable initiatives resulting in significant energy savings and improved efficiency within their facilities. The second category, Development and Innovation, honors the most impactful innovative idea or development that has significantly contributed to enhancing energy efficiency levels. The third category, Awareness and Influence, celebrates outstanding efforts that have effectively increased public awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and the need for responsible consumption.
