
KSrelief Concludes Voluntary Project for Cardiac Surgery, Catheterization in Kenya's Mombasa
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has concluded its voluntary medical project for cardiac surgery and catheterization in the Kenyan city of Mombasa. The campaign involved a team of 16 volunteers, including medical, nursing, and technical professionals.
During the campaign, which took place from July 27 to August 2, the KSrelief team examined 95 patients, performed 130 cardiac catheterization procedures, and carried out 18 successful open-heart surgeries.
This effort is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing voluntary medical programs, implemented through the KSrelief to alleviate the suffering of patients and injured people in need around the world.
