CST Announces Opening of Registration for 3rd Edition of Co-Innovation Award

The Communication, Space and Technology Commission (CST) has announced the opening of registration for the 3rd edition of the Co-Innovation Award. This award will be presented to the best tech products that were developed collaboratively by the service provider and the end user, with the aim of encouraging service providers to provide innovative products in collaboration with end-users, and empowering local tech products while supporting their global competitiveness.
CST stated that this award is aimed at companies in the technology sector within Saudi Arabia. To qualify, participants must be registered on ManassaTech, with a Saudi-owned majority, and the service provider must hold the product’s programming code and patent. Additionally, the product should have been launched and in use for over 6 months, among other requirements. CST has also called on interested parties and tech companies with collaborative tech products to sign up through the award's website: (link), with the registration deadline set for September 12th, 2024.
The Co-Innovation Award was launched by CST in 2022 and has attracted over 70 collaborative product registrations in the last 2 years, with 6 of these products receiving the award. The development of these products involved partnerships between government agencies, international companies, and national technology companies. The winners will be revealed at the Digital Technology Forum on October 9, 2024.
