Shura Council Vice Speaker Meets with Italian-Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee Chair, PAM President

Shura Council Vice Speaker Dr. Mishaal Al-Sulami has met with Italian-Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee Chair Marco Osnato and Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) President and member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies Giulio Centemero, along with members of the Italian-Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee, on the sidelines of the 19th PAM General Assembly in Italy.

 Al-Sulami briefed Osnato, Centemero, and their accompanying delegation on the Shura Council’s legislative and oversight role, and highlighted the importance of parliamentary diplomacy in boosting cooperation and supporting bilateral relations.

 Osnato stressed the significance of strengthening relations and exchanging parliamentary visits between the Italian Parliament and the Shura Council.

 The meeting also discussed ways to develop and enhance the friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom and Italy across all fields, particularly in advancing parliamentary collaboration between the Shura Council and the Italian Parliament, while addressing various topics of mutual interest.
