Kidana Launches 70 New Hajj Charity Distribution Centers in Arafat and Muzdalifah
Kidana Development Company has completed its charity distribution centers project in the holy sites of Arafat and Muzdalifah for the 1446 AH Hajj season. This initiative features 70 dedicated centers designed to enhance the pilgrim experience, elevate service quality, and facilitate the smooth operation of charitable organizations.
By partnering with national charitable associations, Kidana is standardizing charitable service delivery and promoting volunteerism. A coordinating committee will develop innovative distribution methods, establish organized outlets, and train competent teams to deliver professional services. The project also encourages volunteer participation across 21 tracks, preparing dedicated teams to manage operations at these centers.
This collaboration will streamline the direct distribution of water, meals, and essential supplies through 200 trained volunteers. The centers expect to enhance the pilgrim experience by reducing waiting times to under 10 minutes, increasing satisfaction to 90%, and cutting heat stress emergencies by 30%. Each center will distribute 60,000 to 90,000 water bottles and 10,000 meals daily.
