Board of Grievances Reports Remarkable 97% Case Completion Rate in 2025
In 2025, the Board of Grievances completed 242,076 lawsuits and registered 248,773 new cases, achieving a remarkable case completion rate of 97%, while holding a total of 391,132 court sessions, an increase of 109,532 compared to 2024.
The board's Decision Support Center reported a significant boost in work rates, averaging 70%, highlighting the enhanced efficiency of litigation procedures and a better user experience. The report also indicated that in 2024, 168,016 lawsuits were completed, 179,371 new cases were registered, and 281,600 court sessions were held.
The substantial differences between the years reflect ongoing efforts to improve performance indicators, analyze judicial data, and use that data to support decision-making.
