Minister of Industry, Egyptian Counterpart Discuss Strengthening Integration

Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef met yesterday at the ministry's headquarters with Egyptian Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport Lieutenant General Eng. Kamel Abdulhadi Al-Wazir. The ministers discussed ways to enhance industrial integration between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 The meeting affirmed the strength of strategic relations between the two brotherly countries at all levels; the depth of bilateral economic ties in various vital sectors, most notably the industrial sector; and the importance of enhancing joint cooperation between the Kingdom and Egypt in strategic industrial sectors of common interest, reflecting the aspirations of the leaderships and peoples of the two countries.

 The meeting reviewed progress made in industrial integration between the two countries, the efforts of the joint technical teams from both sides in developing industrial cooperation and integration, and the importance of addressing the challenges facing exporters and investors in the two brotherly countries.
