Saudi Media Academy Trainees Learn International Event Management in Switzerland

The Saudi Media Academy, affiliated with the Ministry of Media, is continuing its Media Leaders training program in partnership with EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, providing participants with hands-on experience in managing major international events through practical field visits.

 Participants visited the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) headquarters in Nyon for a practical simulation of event management. They also toured the media center for the Athletissima event in Lausanne, where they learned about the preparations involved in organizing a global sporting event. The field visits concluded with a stop at the Tiffany & Co. store in Geneva to study customer experience management strategies.

 This program is a key step toward building media leaders capable of applying global best practices to advance the media sector and contribute to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
