Jaydana Waterfront Project to Solidify Jazan's Status as Key Red Sea Tourism Hub

The Jaydana waterfront project in Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries represents a significant leap forward in the region's tourism infrastructure. Unveiled by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) at TOURISE 2025, the unique development solidifies Jazan's position as a prominent emerging Red Sea tourist destination.

The launch embodies RCJY's vision of supporting economic diversification and improving quality of life by creating an innovative destination that showcases the Kingdom's southern coast assets. RCJY described the project as a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing tourism and integrating industrial and tourism development within its cities.

Spanning over three square kilometers on the Jazan City waterfront, the project is anticipated to attract investments exceeding $2.9 billion in its initial phases, reflecting growing confidence in Jazan as a leading investment and tourism destination that supports the national economy and Vision 2030 goals.

The new Jaydana project will feature a comprehensive package of tourism and recreational facilities, including resorts, luxury hotels, a marina, seaside restaurants and cafes, a promenade, open event spaces, a water sports center, and a conference and exhibition center. The designs blend modern architecture with the southern identity and local heritage, creating a vibrant destination for relaxation, entertainment, culture, and sports.

RCJY has invited investors and real estate developers to explore the available investment opportunities.
