
Boxers Canelo, Crawford Hold News Conference Tomorrow Ahead of ‘Fight of the Century’
World boxing champions Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez of Mexico and Terence Crawford of the United States will participate tomorrow in the first news conference as part of the global media tour for the "Fight of the Century," scheduled to take place as part of Riyadh Season events next September.
The news conference at the Bakr Al-Sheddi Theater in Boulevard Riyadh City will highlight the historic confrontation between two of the most prominent boxing stars of the modern era.
Canelo Alvarez has a professional record of 63 wins -- including 39 by knockout, while Terence Crawford enters the fight with a perfect record of 41 wins, including 31 by knockout.
After Riyadh, the media tour is scheduled to move to New York City, where both stars will participate in "Fanatics Fest” on Sunday. The tour will conclude in Las Vegas next Friday as preparations continue for the highly anticipated fight, considered one of the most prominent in the history of world boxing.
