Industry Minister Discusses Mining, Strategic Industries Opportunities with Global Companies

Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef held bilateral meetings with leaders of global companies to discuss mutual opportunities in promising strategic industries, including automotive, food, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, as well as exploring the investment opportunities in the mining sector in the Kingdom.

 The discussions, held on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, focused on the quality investment opportunities provided by the National Industrial Strategy, the factors that make the Kingdom a pivotal center for attracting investments, and the enablers available for investors, including smart manufacturing solutions.

 Alkhorayef’s meetings included discussions with chief executives of pharmaceutical and healthcare firm Sanofi, clean-energy company Topsoe, mining firm Fortescue, Volvo Cars, and Pladis Foods manufacturer.
