GOSI: February 28 Last Day to Benefit from Fine, Violation Exemption Initiative

The Social Insurance (GOSI) has urged business owners and targeted establishments to take advantage of the 100% exemption from late payment fines and violations, as only a few days remain before the deadline.
The initiative aims to ease financial burdens on establishments and enhance their compliance with social insurance regulations by granting a full exemption from fines and violations, provided that outstanding contributions are paid through the Taminaty business platform. The initiative applies to establishments with recorded debts before March 3, 2024.
As part of its efforts to support the private sector and improve its performance, GOSI has seen a high turnout from establishments benefiting from the initiative to enhance their compliance status.
The organization stressed its commitment to raising awareness among business owners about the initiative’s details and how to benefit from it by organizing specialized workshops and providing necessary support through its various channels. It also encouraged establishments previously benefiting from exemptions or entering into installment programs to apply before the deadline.
The fine exemption initiative is one of several measures adopted by GOSI to support the business sector and enhance establishments’ compliance with social insurance regulations.
