KSGAAL Launches Third Arabic Language Program for Non-Arabic-Speaking Healthcare Workers
King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL), in collaboration with Riyadh Second Health Cluster, has launched the third edition of its program teaching Arabic for health purposes, a short educational initiative designed specifically for non-Arabic-speaking healthcare professionals.
The program aims to equip doctors and nurses with the skills to effectively communicate in Arabic within their workplace through an intensive, hands-on curriculum conducted over two months. It is part of a broader initiative offering short Arabic language programs tailored to professional needs.
The program integrates classical Arabic with the Saudi dialect and incorporates cultural activities to facilitate learners’ integration into the local community. Delivered through a flexible educational model that accommodates diverse learning styles, it enhances healthcare workers’ performance in real-world professional settings.
The first edition, in 2024, involved four healthcare facilities in Riyadh and benefited over 150 healthcare practitioners. The second edition, completed in April, served 52 participants in partnership with Riyadh First Health Cluster.
