Tunisian President Receives Saudi Minister of Investment
Tunisian President Kais Saied received Saudi Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih and his accompanying delegation at the Carthage Presidential Palace today.
The minister conveyed the greetings from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Tunisian president. He expressed their well wishes for Tunisia's continued progress, stability, and growth. The Tunisian president expressed his appreciation for the Kingdom's significant leadership role in the Arab and Islamic world.
Discussions during the meeting, which was also attended by Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Saqr, centered on enhancing cooperation in the investment sector. The talks emphasized aligning the aspirations of the two nations and leveraging promising opportunities across various investment domains.
President Saied expressed his satisfaction with the progress made, particularly the agreement to sign a memorandum of understanding aimed at encouraging mutual investments. This agreement marks a step forward in strengthening economic ties and fostering collaborative development initiatives between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Tunisia.
