Civil Defense Warns of Thunderstorms across Kingdom from Saturday to Thursday

The General Directorate of Civil Defense urged the public to exercise caution, remain in safe locations, and avoid areas prone to flash floods and valleys, following instructions disseminated across media platforms, due to expected thunderstorms across the Kingdom from tomorrow until Thursday.

 The directorate provided a regional breakdown of the weather forecast, expecting moderate to heavy rainfall in Makkah Region, which could lead to flash floods, hail, and dust storms.

 Moderate rainfall is expected in Riyadh Region.

 Tabuk, Madinah, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Qassim, Eastern, and Al-Baha regions will also be affected by moderate to heavy rainfall, resulting in potential flash floods, hail, and dust storms.

 Moderate rainfall is also expected in Aseer and Jazan regions.
