Awareness Services at Prophet’s Mosque Reach over 31,000 Visitors during Ramadan

The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Prophet's Mosque is providing guidance and awareness services to enhance visitors' knowledge of Sharia during Ramadan.

 In the first week of Ramadan, 31,004 visitors from various nationalities benefited from these services. Available around the clock in 11 languages via the toll-free number (8001111935) and at service points within the Prophet’s Mosque, these efforts aim to assist visitors and worshippers.

 The answering inquirers service addresses inquiries related to visit rituals, Umrah, Hajj, Sharia rulings, and Islamic guidance. Services are also accessible through interactive screens and smart applications.
