Olympic Committee Signs MoUs with Brazilian, Cuban Counterparts to Enhance Sports Cooperation
The Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC) signed two memoranda of understanding on Saturday with the Brazilian and Cuban Olympic committees, on the sidelines of the Kingdom hosting the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, which is witnessing wide participation from leaders of national Olympic committees worldwide.
The SOPC was represented in the signing by SOPC Vice President Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, on behalf of SOPC President Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal.
The MoU signed with the Brazilian Olympic committee aims to enhance sports cooperation between the two sides and to exchange expertise in Olympic and Paralympic sports, contributing to their development in both countries.
The MoU signed with the Cuban Olympic committee aims to strengthen bilateral relations, Olympic sports cooperation, and the exchange of sports expertise and knowledge, contributing to the development of administrative and technical work within both committees.
