Applications Open for Companies to Provide Ramadan Iftar Meals at Two Holy Mosques
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has announced the opening of applications for companies and factories interested in providing Iftar meals during the holy month of Ramadan 1447 AH, as part of its efforts to organize Iftar services and improve the quality of meals served to worshippers at the two holy mosques.
According to the authority, the application is open only to companies and factories qualified to provide Iftar services inside the two holy mosques. Applicants must meet several requirements, including holding a valid commercial registration and a valid municipal license or a license issued by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) for an operating site in Makkah or Madinah. They must also have a physical operating location in one of the two cities, supported by proof of ownership or a notarized lease agreement.
In addition, the establishment must have a clean public health record, comply with the meal specifications approved by the SFDA, and be able to provide at least 10,000 meals per day.
The authority noted that document submission will continue until Rajab 10, 1447 AH. Interested companies and factories are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions and ensure that all requirements are completed within the specified timeframe.
