Culinary Arts Commission Showcases Saudi Dates at Sirha Bake & Snack 2026
The Culinary Arts Commission is participating in the Sirha Bake & Snack 2026 exhibition, being held from January 18 to 21 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in France. Through its pavilion, the commission aims to showcase the diversity of Saudi dates and highlight their innovative uses in culinary arts.
This participation seeks to strengthen the global presence of Saudi flavors and highlight the depth of the Kingdom’s rich food heritage. Sirha Bake & Snack is one of the largest international exhibitions specializing in the bakery, pastry, and snack industries, attracting leading culinary professionals from around the world.
The pavilion features a dedicated area for Saudi date suppliers, presenting a fusion of traditional Saudi flavors with modern techniques inspired by French culinary arts. Visitors can sample date-based pastries and sweets alongside authentic Saudi coffee, offering an immersive cultural and culinary experience.
Through this initiative, the commission aims to support Saudi date suppliers in accessing new international markets while fostering partnerships with industry experts and global companies.
